Dynamic Imaging Systems offers a wide variety of warranty and support options, including standard, extended and 24x7. Each service level of maintenance provides different coverage and hours of operation. All maintenance levels entitle our customers to Dynamic Imaging software bug fixes, upgrades and version changes at no charge.

Dynamic Imaging Official Holiday Closures for 2023
Dynamic Imaging Support will be closed for the following holidays. If you have a 24x7 contract please use your after-hours number on these dates.
  • Monday, January 2nd - New Year's Day
  • Monday, May 29th - Memorial Day
  • Tuesday, July 4th - Independence Day (Observed)
  • Monday, September 4th - Labor Day
  • Thursday, November 23rd - Thanksgiving Holiday
  • Friday, November 24th - Thanksgiving Holiday
  • Friday, December 22nd - Christmas Holiday
  • Monday, December 25th - Christmas Holiday


Standard Warranty and Support: (1st Year)
Dynamic Imaging Systems warranties all hardware included in our turnkey system for one complete year from delivery regardless of the manufacturer’s warranty. The warranty is for the repair or replacement of the component. The hardware is covered under depot maintenance; whereas, the agency sends the malfunctioning component to Dynamic Imaging Systems for repair/replacement. Upon repair/replacement, Dynamic Imaging Systems ships the component back to the agency. The warranty period begins on the date of delivery of the system(s).

Dynamic Imaging Systems will provide one-year technical support for the turnkey system(s) hardware and software. Technical Support is provided via telephone and is available between the hours of 9:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. EST, Monday through Friday excluding holidays. Dynamic Imaging Systems will provide PictureLink software warranty and updates for a period of one year from date of delivery.

*PC coverage is On-Site Support.


Standard Warranty and Support: (2nd Year)
If a system component is malfunctioning, Dynamic Imaging Systems will supply a loaner during the repair of the component. The loaner component will be shipped overnight to arrive the next available business day. Customer will be responsible for getting malfunctioning component sent back to Dynamic Imaging Systems, at their cost, within 5 days.

Technical Support is provided via telephone and is available between the hours of 9:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. EST, Monday through Friday excluding holidays. Extended Warranty and Support: (1st & 2nd Years)
Dynamic Imaging Systems warranties all hardware included in our turnkey system for one year regardless of the manufacturer’s warranty. 7x24 Warranty and Support: (1st & 2nd Years)
Same as ‘Extended Warranty’ above, in addition:

Technical Support is provided via telephone and is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days per year. Dynamic Imaging Systems will provide PictureLink software warranty and updates for a period of one year from date of delivery.

PC coverage is On-Site Support.
